BOWL 70 Sear Grate - The BOWL 70 Sear Grate is much more than a cast iron grate, because together with the retaining ring and the lifter, it opens up a range of applications over the open flames that even grill professionals rave about. Placed directly on the opening of the plancha ring, the cast iron grate expands the grill surface and is ideal for searing. Placed on the retaining ring, the proximity to the flame and thus the cast iron grate temperature can be adjusted over various levels. The cast iron grate can be inserted and removed in no time at all with the included lifter, which also creates space for a wok pan. Set into the retaining ring on four different levels, this is positioned directly over the flames and gives every dish a special touch.
